This is a perfect Shelley fine bone china cup and saucer. The date is between 1935-1966. The pattern number is 13944/52. The letters and numbers that were hand applied signifying the decorators personal artistic license so-to-speak.
The cup has a beautiful, gold footband and gold trim around the top. It measures 2 1/2" tall and measures 4 1/4" across, including the handle.
The plate measures 5 3/4" across. As you can see in the last picture the "Shelley" trademark is applied. Made in England.
