First time buying a digital invite to print on your own? Don't stress! I'll walk you through the process. If you have questions, just ask!
How it works:
1. --- Choose your design and purchase. ---
Select and purchase your favorite Brena Bee design. Like Brena Bee designs but want something designed specifically for you and your event? Send me a message! I'm more than willing to work on custom orders. (Additional charges may apply.) I can give you a quote with no obligation to buy.
2. ---Provide invite/announcement details. ---
Email your high resolution photos (if applicable) to brenabeedesigns [!at] gmail.com or send a message to me through Etsy. Specify color, wording, font choice, and invite size. Listing images are shown in 5x7 but can be changed at no additional cost to desired dimensions.
3. ---Proof the design. ---
Once all necessary details are received you will receive a proof within 24 hours (Unless otherwise specified or custom design. Check shop announcements for any possible delays.) Check spelling, dates, phone numbers, names and all details. Don't hesitate to ask for text alignment, font, and placement changes. I want you to be satisfied with the end product.
4. ---Final file. ---
Once you are fully satisfied with the invite/announcement, I will send you a high resolution jpeg file. Want a PDF or other file type? Just ask! All logo information will be removed from your file.
5. ---Print or email. ---
Print using your own printer, or send to a local print shop or chain store.
FAQs:
Q: I don't have a printer at home, or the printer I do have isn't that great. Where is the best place to print my invites?
A: Depends on the finish you want for the final product.
What a matte, cardstock finish? I suggest printing at your local office supply store. I can supply you an 8.5x11 file with multiple invitations on it and you can trim to size and purchase your envelopes separately. This saves you a lot of money. Vista Print is another option.
Want a photo shiny finish? I suggest Costco if there is one in your area. Especially if you are needing a large quantity of invites. If you go this route, please let me know so I supply you with the correct file for their dimensions.
Q: I love your designs but am not seeing exactly what I want. Do you take custom orders?
A: Absolutely! Your ideas and themes are how I get my ideas for my designs. Contact me for additional information. Note: An additional fee may apply.
Q: Do you have coordinating greeting cards and party supplies?
A: Yes! Check my other listings. Not seeing what you are looking for? Contact me. It's possible that the item just needs to be relisted. I also love doing custom orders, so don't hesitate to ask.
