Comes with a lined pocket in the seat area like most of my other covers. It is large enough for a sippy cup. It comes with a pillow that has different colored, and textured ribbon tags sewn into the edge to keep your baby entertained, it also has a loop sewn into it to attach it to one of the toy rings (to keep it from getting tossed, or lost when not in use). It comes with an attached nylon adjustable locking belt (like the ones on the cart) so you don't have to hope your cart has one! There are two layers of batting sewn into all of my covers so that it is nice and cushioned, not just in the seat, but all over to protect your child's back and head from those bumps. My covers fit any size cart, even warehouse carts like BJ's, and are nice and fluffy in restaurant high chairs!
