Skirt is machine and hand sewn with no open seams on the inside. Skirt has a gathered elastic waste.
Adult size. Waist measures 24" around and stretches to fit up to a 38" waist. Length is 19 inches. Skirt is 100% cotton. Wash in cold water on a gentle cycle.
