That's what you'll do everyday you wear these Superb vintage 1980s Ferragamo Olive Green Suede Heels. The suede is lovely to the touch. I love the quilted pattern. It reminds me of an iconic quilted bag (starts with 'C'). The shoes are in very good condition. They have been broken in just enough, if you know what I mean. And if your foot is wider and you wear a smaller size, (like my size 8 wide foot) they fit fabulously and comfortably. Chic, comfortable heels! I would recommend getting heels and taps put on the shoes to extend their life.
I love Salvatore Ferragamo. My first pair of expensive designer shoes were Ferragamos. Not second hand or vintage either. I was writing a story on a Ferragamo store event and was invited to a press event which they gave a small discount. I spied the most beautiful pair of black suede shoes with gold heels. They were art. Really. I had to have them then and there.
Before there was Manolo Blahik or Christian Louboutin, there was Salvatore Ferragamo, the shoemaker to the stars. (Who do you think designed Dorothy's ruby red slipper?) Salvatore Ferragamo launched his namesake business in the late '20s with women's footwear. The company is still going strong today, with an expansion into accessories, clothing, fragrance and men's. The company is known for its high quality craftsmanship. Salvatore Ferragamo studied anatomy to help him design more comfortable shoes. Ferragamo changed the shape of footwear. Literally. Ferragamo gave us the wedge heel, the shell-shaped sole, the invisible sandal, metal heels and soles and the sock shoe. And of course, Ms. Marilyn Monroe made Ferragamo's stiletto heels famous.

Condition: Very Good. Left heel has a teeny place (1/2") where the suede has been rubbed off.
