There are some tips and chips around the top fluted edge and of course the crackling/craze that is so common in pieces of this area.
There are some chips in the flower and the leaves, two leaves are missing an edge and the stem from the leaf cluster on the right is missing toward the flower.
Also there are a couple of small areas in the back where some of the grains of sand/salt are missing.
