Beautiful Victorian brass/metal oval small filigree picture frame with glass. Antique Photo of a very pretty young Victorian woman with upswept brown hair wearing a high collared lace Victorian dress. Easel backed frame missing the easel armiture. Otherwise good antique condition with lovely photograph. I think this frame is brass the backing may be copper. The frame appears to have been painted with a gilt paint at some time but I am not certain of this as it is all very old.
Measures:
outside measurements 4 1/8 x 3 3/8"
the glass measures 3 x 3 3/4"
the photo measures 2 1/2 x 3 1/2"
the whole back comes off it fits back on kind of like a lid.
