Mid Century Modern Chrome Jacks Bookends Designed By Bill Curry - Pop Art Chrome Jax

Designed by Billy Curry, but often attributed to George Nelson, this pair of Jax book ends are icons of Mid Century design. First produced in 1968, this particular design is a hallmark of the Mid Century Modern movement, and for good reason. This pair combines beautiful, organic shapes with an eye for curves, resulting in a seamless, yet stunning, design. This set is in excellent condition for their age and type, with the slightest age to the still bright chrome plating, which were partial to oxidation. This set is meant to be the crown jewel of your collection, instantly adding an incredibly sophisticated touch to any space. One of the great designs of the Mid Century Pop Art movement, this pair promises to look stunning in any room, be it Mid Century themed or otherwise.
