It is antique, made in the late 1800's.
PLEASE NOTE: The outside material underneath the crochet was red velvet but almost all the velvet has worn off.
It is all hand made. It is not a hard clutch, it is soft.
I think the crochet on the outside is tatting (but not 100% sure).
It is SMALL.

Contidion: It is very worn, almost all the red velvet has worn off. The tatting (crochet) has wear and small areas where it has come loose on the side. It looks like the loop that fastens came loose and it was repaired quite messily.
It is very worn and discoloured.
