*How we work:*
If you see a pair of shoes you like (the character) and wish to not make ANY changes, order the shoe link with your preferred shoe height and size. I've added a sample shoe picture so you can accurately choose your shoe height. We are not a manufacturer of shoes, so we actually purchase the from a commercial shoe store or online. Our brands differ based on availability but the quality still remains. Please be aware that as the seasons change, so does the season in shoes, so we will constantly update the shoe listing to reflect these changes. THERE IS A 4-6 WEEK TIME FRAME ON ALL SHOES. WE ASK FOR YOUR PATIENCE WHILE WE COMPLETE THEM FOR YOU.
If there is something you want but we don't have it listed, that's OK. Shoot us an email and we will make them for you.
Each shoe is decoupaged and very sturdy. It is recommended to wear only on special occasions. Just a comic book, you want to preserve these babies as much as possible. All decoupaged shoes can get damaged if they are submerged in water. Cleaning your shoes with water is fine. Playing in the rain, it prohibited. We will send you instructions on how to care for them.
All our shoes are store bought in the original box and designed to fit the style of our customers. Brands of the shoes varies but all shoes are great quality around $40. (We do not use recycled shoes). We are not a licensee for Marvel or any other comic book license, we use our own vintage collection, digital prints, along with updated modern comics that are bought. We also do not manufacture shoes but we are licensed under the state of Missouri to resale.
All orders must be prepaid. Paypal, Credit cards and money orders are accepted.
Taxes are applied to all customers that are located in the St.Louis region.
I do not start on your order until your payment is received. When it is received, your order is placed in seniority order. I do not read any notes that you place on the order until then. If there is something that you would like for me to know, please send me a message through ETSY only. Sending multiple messages can confuse me, especially if you change the order. Please make sure you know EXACTLY what you would like, BEFORE purchasing.
Please allow up to 4-6 weeks for your shipment . All items will be shipped at Standard USPS Priority and a shipping and handling charge will be added to the subtotal. Our shipping is a flat rate to both US orders and international. US shipping is $15; International shipping is $25. (These shoes are really heavy in the box).Orders are shipped from Saint Louis, Missouri. We add delivery confirmation and insurance on our shoes only. If you are purchasing a different item you can request additional shipping services. If ordering outside of the United States, we cannot track your package once it arrives at customs. It usually takes up to 4 weeks to receive your order. We cannot control your package nor can we provide insurance unless you pay the additional price.
When shipping internationally your country may have fees associated with the shipping. Some customers have to pay a fee to get their items out of customs. This fee is not associated with the fees you pay Faith is Fabulous for shipping. For further information. please contact your local Postal Service. If you package arrives in your country and you refuse to pay the custom fees, they will hold your package and ship them back to me within a month or so. In this case, I am more than happy to reship them for you as long as you cover the new shipping fees. I recommend to not place an order with us until you have the full amount to cover both our shipping charges and your country shipping charges. I have notice these charges in countries like United Kingdom and Australia. I will update this information monthly.
(I have noticed that Customs hold orders longer for customers who are located in the UK. I dont know why. My local Post Office has even noted this. With this being said, please give adequate amount of time for shipping when placing your order)
Exchanges and Returns are not accepted unless items arrived damaged and are reported within 10 days of delivery, in which case a replacement will be provided. We take pictures of you shoes before they are shipped and require in order for a refund to be established, you send us pictures of the damage. We provided insurance included in your shipping price to all orders in the US. If you item is lost or damaged on behalf of the shipping company, we will file a claim. Once the claim has been resolved and the money has been refunded either to the shop or the customer, then we can process a new order.

Please make sure that you are ordering the proper size. If you order a size smaller than your usual size, you will easily damage the shoe and therefore it is an error on your behalf and not ours. When in doubt, order a size up. Also, I try to buy shoes that aree true to size. I normally have multiple people in different shoe sizes try on a shoe to make sure they fit perfectly for all. But please remember, everyone shoe size is still different. Some people feet are wider or narrower than others. If this is the case, send us a message and we will taylor them shoe to your needs
If you would like to ship us a pair of your own (NEW) shoes, they must be shipped in the original box and be of the right material. If they arrive damaged and can not be used, we return them at your cost. Please make sure you have insurance on each of your packages.
I personally make and design each shoe that leaves our shop. I cannot do rush orders anymore. I believe in the seniority system. I do not have a designing plant, its just me. Working as hard as I can to get orders out within our 4-6 week time frame. It would not be fair to my previous customers to do a new order while they are still waiting on theirs. Please respect my decision.
I will and have declined sales. If I see that a customer is unsure of our product or services, I will decline the sale or cancel the order with a full refund. Its stressful enough to work on shoes all day, but I really don't like to be pressured to do anything. It takes the fun out of my work.
