This robe will be made just to fit you. Please see the attached size chart and let me know your size.
You can also give me the expected overall length, which is from your shoulder to hem.
It's easy to care, just hand wash and hang dry. It will get better with time.

SHIPPING
For Handmade To Order items, please allow up to 7 days before shipping out. I will ship your robe with an email of shipping confirmation and delivery tracking number.
Ready made items will be shipped within 1 working day after we receive cleared payment (including Saturdays and Sundays) by Registered Airmail Service that will take about
3-4 weeks to the US and Canada
2-3 weeks to Europe and Australia.
Sometimes, there are delays/held ups at custom; bad weather conditions, festive seasons may take longer, up to 5 weeks. You can track your package delivery by a number provided by us.

PAYMENT
We accept payment in PayPal.
We accept E-cheques, but will only get started making your order once the money arrives in our account, which takes about one week.

REFUND
*No refunds if you order the wrong size. Please double check that you are ordering the right size. We will be happy to retailor the wrong size item for free but the shipping here and back will have to be paid by the customer. Please take careful measurements to avoid this.
*Color discrepancies are inevitable. We hope that customers also recognize this and will be forgiving of slight differences between the photos and the items they receive. We will decide what to do case by case with different color.
*Refund or exchange will be given when we receive the return.

RETURN
*Return shipping cost is your responsibility.
*Return need to be received within 2 weeks after buyer receive the items. Returns need to be in the condition you receive it, unworn, unwashed.
*If we made a mistake, we'll make sure to fix it or accept returns, or send a refund to the customer, but the shipping must be paid by the customer.
