This is a framed 10" x 8" original painting titled "Gloucester." It was made using collage techniques and a photograph of the Gloucester Sea Jacket Marine Paint factory building in Gloucester, Massachusetts. The paper used in the background is an original 1886 merchant invoice, several pieces of a vintage marine encyclopedia and other found paper and objects. "Gloucester" is framed in a 14" x 11" quality faux-barnwood frame with a beautiful aged look of greying barnwood or driftwood, an archival antique cream matt and UV-protective glass. It has two wall hangers attached to the back, or will look great propped upright on a shelf. The painting itself is signed on the back and will arrive very carefully packaged and ready to hang.
