Sweet little 1950's style perch hat covered in royal blue lace and crepe fabric and has been adorned with blue feathers, a small hand sculpted chiffon flower and detachable royal blue birdcage veil. The veil has two small silver combs on each end to discretely slip into your hair. This little hat is backed with a curved straw base and clear comb for easy wearing. The comb just slides right into your hair and can be worn with several different hair styles.
