This listing is for a single polishing pad, it will last until it is black. It depends on how much jewelry you have to clean and how often you do it how long they will last but I will say you will be addicted to these little pads!!

About cleaning: All metal will tarnish! Some metals will just get dull, others will turn black over time. The only metal we have that doesn't tarnish is silver plated which is silver plated copper. Although silver plated doesn't last as long as sterling silver or fine silver and once its damaged its gone you cant polish it back.

Our earrings are typically worn for extended periods of time but that doesn't mean they don't need care and cleaning. When they start to look tarnished you need to remove them and give em a good cleaning!!

Tarnishing happens based on your own body chemistry!! If you tend to have more acid in your system then your metals will tarnish quicker. The less acid the longer you will be able to go without cleaning.

These are GREAT little polish pads you can use to clean your jewelry. I recommend cleaning the jewelry with a dab of toothpaste and a small brush, let it dry, then polish with the polishing pad. The polish pad will not work on a wet surface. If you are cleaning earrings of course once it is polished wipe with alcohol to steralize before putting back in your ear.

We hope this makes your jewelry purchase more satisfying!!
