Why shop for endless hours finding just the right combination of vintage and moden elements for your home. This cottage chic display including original aqua colored, vintage Ball and rare Atlas canning jar, each with their aged zinc lids. These jars date from the 1890's and early 30's. Included in the series is an original framed, fern art. The fern is displayed between glass in a solid wood, distressed frame that matches the grayed, mason jar tops. The canning jars are beautiful aqua color from the mineral content in the sand used to make the jars and the most rare is a 1858 Mason jar with all its original seeded inperfections. John Mason patented the bell jar in 1858 and later Ball began making the jars. Beautiful display of vintage items in a kitchen, glass cabinet, on a wall shelf or countertop.
