Within Australia:
We use Australia Post Pre-Paid Satchels which hold up to 500g. We are more than happy to combine postage where appropriate. These satchels are not registered so we are unable to take responsibility for any item lost in the post. If you would prefer Registered Post, please message us prior to purchase, this is $3.50 extra and covers goods up to $100.

If you require Express Post, we also offer an Express Post satchel for guaranteed next day delivery for $9.55. Express satchels offer a tracking service but no insurance on the goods.

We are more than happy for you to come to our studio in Brunswick, Melbourne to collect or buy from us direct. BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Please contact us if you wish to stop by.
International customers:
We use REGISTERED POST INTERNATIONAL or PACK & TRACK where available. Therefor it is a flat rate for shipping to international customers, which allows up to 500g per package. We are obviously happy to send as many items in the one package as required, up to the 500g limit. If you have a query about any international shipping charges, please don't hesitate to contact us.
If you would prefer to PAY LESS for UNREGISTERED mail, please contact us prior or immediately after your purchase and we will adjust/refund the difference in postage. We cannot take any responsibility for items that are lost in transit if they are not registered.
