1940's diamond engagement ring set in 14K white gold. The center stone is 4.7mm and is a .40 carat Transitional Cut Diamond with two side stones of .05Ct each (.10 ct side stone weight). Transitional cut was between Old European Cut and the Round Brilliant Cut of Today. Total diamond weight is .50 Carats total weight (Ctw). The ring is a size 9 but easily sized up or down. Diamonds are estimated at VS Clarity and G Color. Very white and clean. Marked 14K and NH inside the shank. Measures 4.7mm head, 12mm E-W, 6.6mm rise off of the finger, 1.6mm shank. Weighs 3.2 grams of solid 14K white gold. Beautiful antique engagement ring.
