Cool, ring-shaped, mid century modern, handmade wine decanter, carafe or water jug from the 1970's. Minimalist form, modernist simplicity in taupe or sandy-colored clay, matte finished exterior and glazed interior. I replaced the cork stopper. It is intended to be used as a wine 'cooler' - soak the porous exterior in cold water, fill with your favorite white and the wine will stay cool for a long time. Great vintage condition, some typical manufacturing blips, see the photos. On the bottom, it is hand signed in the clay, Hartstone U.S.A.

Measurements:
9.75" high with stopper, 9" high without, 10" long, 3" wide at base, 2.5" wide at top
