Jug stands 13 1/2'' tall to the tip of the lid (34 cm) and weighs 3 lbs (1.4 kg).
At its widest from handle to end of spout it measures 10'' wide (26 cm).
Base has a diameter of 5'' (13 cm).
Magnet does not pull the silver tone metal
Ibriks ( briki ) were traditional pitchers used since the Ottoman times for serving and storing oil, water, milk and wine. Jug shows tarnish and discoloration. Interior's tin plating has worn off. There are many scuffs and bits of verdigris. Blemishes on the finish reveal the brown color of copper. Jug needs cleaning and would benefit from polishing. There are no tears, cracks or holes and it does not leak. The handle, spout and lid are firmly secured to the body.
