♥Condition is good vintage condition; one small spot in back - not detectable with the flow of the dress and all the lights and shadows of its folds. One skipped thread at a side seam - also minor, possibly a manufacturer's flaw.

bust is about 42 inches (fabric is not stretchy)
shoulders, seam to seam, are 15 inches
length is 45 inches undraped (about 15 inches to the waist)
elastic waist is about 28 nches at the smallest, expands to about 32 inches, maximum
hips free to about 68 inches
great for dancing -- the full sweep of bottom hem is over 85 inches -- would be great with a
petticoat//crinoline undergarment!
