Why I love this tank:
1. It's roomy and comfortable.
2. It's hip and stylish. The “man’s dress shirt look” makes them unique and interesting, plus they look cute with anything (leggings and strappy sandals are a good start).
3. It has adjustable straps. You can tie the necktie strap to your desired length and style.
I made this tank from an upcycled mans dress shirt and necktie. The shirt is red and white pinstripes and I believe it is 100% cotton. The necktie strap is red and navy plaid with a hint of a few other colors. The shirt is machine washable but remove the necktie strap first because neckties are not machine washable. You will need a large safety pin so you can rethread the necktie strap through the top neckline of the blouse after washing.
PS - I'm currently without a mannequin body form, so I have included a picture of one of my other tanks on a form so you can get a general idea of how this tank looks on figure.
Fits sizes: S, M and L. You have the ability to adjust the straps and bust gathering to your desired fit. Overall design fit is to be large and roomy. The exact bust and hip measurement of the shirt before gathering is 43" or 117cm. You should expect to have at least three inches difference between your measurements and the shirt's measurements.
