Antique Roof Tin
These were put in place in 1920 and have been cared for and repainted several times. The tins are not damaged, just a little rust here and there, no rips or tears in the tin.
You can see from the picture that it takes two tins to make a complete design.
I am going to sell these in sets and also individually.
In this purchase you will be getting 1 arch, it is made by two tins
Size : Each tin measures 9.5 inches wide and 13 inches long
this includes the overlap tin for making the design and of course the compound building on a roof.
If you snip away the bottom edges It would be 11 inches long
These are authentic and antique roof tin tiles. I have been able to salvage the building these were first put in place and it's been quite an experience learning their history. These are from a building in my town, very close to what was our minor league baseball park. The historical marker there speaks of the most famous game when the New York Yankees came to town to play our farm team !
