The darn label was cut out of this dress I bought in New England it is possibly Gunne Sax or inspired and from the 1970's(no label) when they tried to recreate the Victorian Prairie dresses . Awesome black lace detailing at the neck, flounced at the neck, cuffs, and towards the hem. It is lined, floor-length, has long sleeves, high lace neckline, attached tie at the collar , and center back zipper to the neck. It has been dry-cleaned and is ready to wear. It is in excellent vintage condition. The blue flowers are lovely and I would say as a re creationist enthusiast you could wear it to Victorian ,Civil War,or Edwardian events or add your personal touch to Steampunk it out -all sales are final the upper part is 38 inches will take a 32 inch waist and 39 inch hips it is 49 inches long sleeves stop at elbow. Seller pays all shipping and handling for USPS snail mail with tracking and delivery confirmation. Thanks for Looking!
