It has 7 settings for thickness of pasta and it appears it is missing a clamp that clamps to the table to hold it but not sure if it's really needed - it's pretty heavy as is and if you do, any industrial clamp would work. It is stainless steel. It has surface scratches on it from use; nothing major and no rust. It's clean and ready for use. Box has one small corner tear from top 2" long. Also shows some wear on arm of handle.
It is 5 3/4" H x 7 1/2" L x 6 1/2" W and hold on to your wallet; it weighs in at 5.8 lbs......I'm sorry :(
