My little guy (age 5) loves watching the squirrels run around the yard and hop on the tree limbs. When we go for walks, he collects acorns to feed the squirrels for dessert! So, I thought of my son when designing this one :) This would be so cute on a t-shirt, onsie or tote!
The squirrel measures approximately 6.25 inches tall by6 1/8 inches wide. A permanent bond is formed after ironing on the applique, so no sewing is required. The Acorn comes in two pieces, with a little overlap for the cap of the acorn to sit on the base - just like a real acorn. When assembled, the acorn measures approximately 7 1/8 inches high by 5 inches wide. Have fun with different sizes by scaling up or down the % ratio of the pattern when printing your pattern.
