This classic 1960s black sleeveless shift cocktail dress beautifully frames the face thanks to the sparkling high collar decoration made of rhinestones, faux pearls, and silver applique.

The fully lined, knee length dress has a back metal zipper and two eye hooks at the collar. In good vintage condition. There is a small interior 'Size 16' tag. The measurements were taken flat, please double as appropriate:

- Shoulder to shoulder = 15.5"
- Armpit to armpit = 21"
- Waist = 19"
- Hips = 21"
- Back collar to hem = 37"
