This is a very rare designer pattern by Teal Traina. Traina was a fashion dynamo on Seventh Avenue. He designed Rosalynn Carter's 1977 inaugural wardrobe. He would critique student's work at the Parsons School of Design competitions. Traina passed away in 2002.
