The skirt is 19" long and should be hand washed. It is 100% cotton sateen. Skirt is pictured with a tulle tutu for a fuller look (not included).

Allow about 3 weeks for me to make custom, this fabric is special order and needs time to be made. In "note to seller" please put your natural waist measurement/ pant size
Due to printing process, please hand wash warm or cool using phosphate-free detergent. You can tumble low dry and iron on wrong side.
