We screen printed beautiful silky gray rayon/cotton knit fabric using our strings *we thinned them out a bit for this lovely spacious print* and darkest gray ink to make a plaid like pattern. We gave this piece a really cool shape that is fullest at the top and fitted at the hips ~ we gave it bell sleeves that fall just below the elbow and a boat-neck style neckline. This fabric drapes so beautifully and works so well with this cut. We added stitches on each shoulder/sleeve *one from shoulder to cuff + little stitches on the shoulders* and several stitches around the hips for added structure and beauty. We used pink threads for all of the stitching for a splash of color and to show of the wonderful stitched lines. All of the edges on this top are finished.
Great dressed up and down with skirts or jeans for day and evening. Perfect for work and play. So comfortable and flattering you will look forward to wearing it all of the time through all seasons.

this top is fullest at the top so the bust/waist are free
most fitted at the high hips (measures approx 28" around flat) this fabric has a lot of stretch (person modeling in photos is approx 32" at high hips, will go easily to 35" or so)
