French Enamel Guillouche Powder Compact

A highly collectible, guilloche enamel compact with dual compartments. It is a beautiful, vanity accessory that is hand painted with a pink and green rose design. The rose vine separating the two, intricate guilloche patterns...one in a soft yellow and one in ivory is quite unique to the pattern of this precious piece. It's square shape is enhanced with a lovely, scalloped, goldtone trim that is accented with sweet, little hearts all around. The compact still bears most of it's original rouge with application pad however, the powder is gone and the puff is missing. The bottom has some wear from use and age, but the top and sides are in excellent condition.
