This is a very pretty pair of gold tone metal dress clips, most probably made in Czechoslovakia .
The fronts are studded with bright, sparkly rhinestones in blue, yellow, pink and green.

The clips at the back work well, and they each measure 1 inch long and 7/8 of an inch inch across. .
