This is a yellow teapot made by Hall sometime in the 30s, 40s or 50s. It is a beautiful color. The metal cover has what looks like felt, for insulating the teapot to keep the tea warm longer. There are minor stains inside and outside of the pot and there is a chip on the bottom of the spout. The stains on the outside look like they're from the metal edge of the cozy rubbing against the teapot. I didn't try buffing it out, but it might be possible. There are some cracks in the lid, too. See photos. This is normal for a piece of this age. It is marked on the bottom Hall. It is in good vintage usable shape. The teapot is about 7" tall x 5" across (not counting handle and spout).
Please convo me with any questions before purchasing. Thanks for looking!
