I really love this style of ring, it could be a wonderful engagement ring!
Turquoise was a very popular gemstone used in Victorian Era jewelry. It was believed to bring happiness, strength and good luck to the wearer. And since Queen Victoria loved turquoise (all her bridesmaids received a brooch with a turquoise-encrusted bird), it became even more popular.
Please note that turquoise is quite porous, so take off before washing hands and putting on lotion.
Circa 1890 - Early 1900s
Teated positive for 14K
Very good condition. One diamond is a replacement (single cut diamond). The rest of the gems are all original to the ring. One diamond is darker than the others, but still tests as a genuine diamond...just not as clean as the others.
