I personally oversee the entire process - after all, It would not be beneficial to me in any way if a customer received their purchase damaged and this is kept in mind with every single order being shipped out. But of course there will always be the rare odd circumstance where a package is damaged by the carrier while in transit so ***insurance is included.***
