This tutu is made with an elastic waistband (satin wrapped) that will give at least 4" of stretch, allowing plenty of room for growing. Each of our tutu comes with a coordinating satin bow. We also make our tutu's with double layers of high quality tulle for a super full and fluffy tutu that doesn't loose it's poof.
