Any messages or orders received after shop hours will be responded to the next business day. I do not work on weekends - those days are reserved for my family. If you place an order or send a message or expect to receive your order on the weekend, I will be unable to do so.
After you purchase a listing, I will email a proof for every order. The completion of your order and/or sending your final digital file will depend on when you email me your approval of your proof. If you send me your approval Monday-Friday, 8-5 CST, then you will receive your final file within 48 hours. If you email me your approval any other time/day, you will receive your final file within 3 days. I am unable to make exceptions in any situation.
All of my orders are designed to be printed on 8 1/2 x 11 size white card stock for you to print and cut out. If you request a jpeg for a photo print, I will do that free of charge. As long as it is requested prior to receiving the proof. If you do not request it prior to that and ask for a jpeg after a pdf file has been created or vice versa, then you will be charged a $5 fee.
*Changing the file type after the proof has been emailed to customer ($5)
*Changing the colors on the item ($5)
*Orders include 1 change you have requested (not including any errors made by me). Any changes you request after the 1 change has been made, will incur a $3 fee for each change request.
Custom Orders - All custom work is an additional $15 charge. Custom work is defined as any changes other than text and color.
