** I can make this skirt only one level too, all blue or all yellow. Please specify in note to seller if you want only one color
Skirt is 19" from top of waistband to hem. Due to printing process, gentle hand wash cold to avoid fading over time
Please allow 2-3 weeks for me to make as all fabric is special ordered. In "note to seller", please put your smallest waist measurement and your pant size.
**skirt in photo is shown with tulle petticoat (not included), they can be found reasonably at any costume shop
