5 1/2" x 5 1/2" square. All you need to do to make these permanent is a simple close zig zag stitch around the edges of the appliques. All of my appliques are carefully hand cut one by one. The pieces are applied to off-white background using a light fusible web, not stiff. I use brand new good quality cotton fabrics. Fabrics may vary slightly.
