Here's a vintage summer bedspread from the 1900-1925 era in medium-weight white cotton. It's a variation on the "waffle" or "honeycomb" bedspread: little bits of waffle-weave peek out between large and small zig-zags. It fits a twin-size bed, but is rather narrow - 88" long x 55" wide (you could add fringe to make it wider). The spread should also fit a youth bed. The sides are selvedged; the ends have 1/2" hems. The piece is in very good+ condition - no holes, repairs, fraying, or thin spots. There is 1 really tiny light brown spot 17" from 1 end and 15" from the edge (see photo #5) - you really can't see it unless you hunt for it. There is no label to indicate a maker, but there is a small laundry tag on 1 corner.
