The top is made of a fully front lined 4 way stretch black stretch velvet with a hot pink minnie inspired head sewn on with a black bow on the ear trimmed with hot pink lycra and hot pink chiffon sleeves. The tutu is a 3 layer hot pink tutu with a lace overlay with a black and white striped scarf tied at waist. The panty is made of a 4 way stretch lycra, the costume is all in one so all you have to do is step into it for easy trick or treating. This is for a size 5, but can be ordered in many sizes.
