THE BEADS

Colorful set of 17 etched lampwork glass beads in a South-Western color scheme.

These beads are made with turquoise, purpleand ivory colored glass. The crystals are decorated with silvered ivory shards along the middle of the bead. The purple glass developed in the flame a range of different colors: purple, pink, terracotta, burned orange.
Complemented by matching spacer bead in a free-form nugget shape.

Softly etched for that organic, stone-like pebble look.

- 5 Sedona Dream crystals, 15 x 14 mm
- 11 matching nugget spacer beads, approx. 10 x 9 mm

Wonder about the last photo? Well ... it's me making a glass bead on my torch! I'm using a centuries-old technique called lampworking in which molten glass is wrapped around a stainless steel rod to create the glass beads.

GENERAL INFO

All of my lampwork beads are handmade by me, Judith Billig, in my glass studio at Ames Lake, Washington. All beads are kiln annealed to ensure durability and strength. The bead holes are properly cleaned and they are ready for you to use in your jewelry designs. I used 1/16" mandrels, giving bead holes of approx. 2 mm size.

Your satisfaction is guaranteed! If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with the beads received, please return them within 7 days for refund of the purchase price.
The colors may look slightly different due to light conditions during which the pictures were taken and the color adjustments of your computer monitor.

I'm a participant in the Self Representing Artists community (SRA # B77).
When you buy from an SRA artist you are supporting the artist directly, not the middle man.
