Recovered from an estate that had been empty since the late 80s, and without male residents since the 60s, these ties are excellent specimens of mid-century (and earlier) menswear. Due to the conditions from which these ties were rescued, they would all appreciate a good cleaning and pressing though most could be worn as is right now. Individual tie condition noted below.
From left to right as seen in picture 3:
-Regal Cravat with purple squares and cream dots/leaves- 51" long, 4.5" at widest. Very good condition.
-Dunningham tie with purple and white art deco design- 50" long, 4.5" at widest. Slight yellowing on design. Good condition.
-Van Heusen Van Cruise tie with cream lines and circles- 51" long, 4" at widest. Some loose stitching. Good condition.
-Botany brand wool tie with cream/light orange circles- 48" long, 3.5" at widest. Desperately needs cleaning/ repair; has a palpable stain towards middle of tie. Some very small holes on backside and loose stitching, see pictures 4 & 5. Likely a 30s tie.
