All parcels are shipped by registered priority mail.
"Registered" means that parcel cannot be lost on a way to you, because every parcel has a tracking number.
If you haven't received your parcel within 30 days after since it's been marked as "Shipped" in your "purchases" directory on Etsy - I can start investigation at my local post office. But not earlier.
*DON'T ask me to refund you before I will get an official searching result from post office. In 99,9% of cases parcel was kept by customs service and right after searching request was sent they send parcel further to buyer.
I haven't lost a single parcels during more than 2 years of trading.
*Please, consider that postal delays are not a seller's fault. I do my best to send your orders asap and warning in item's description if I need more time to complete this order.
*Please, read item's description and shop's policies - it's very important and help to evoid misunderstandings between us during the order's process.
*I will refund your money if your item has been broken on a way to you.
To get refund you need to take a picture of the item so damaged parts would be visible clearly.
*Please check your delivery address you specified in your Etsy data. I use address from your Etsy invoice.
On a case if you wrote a wrong address and your parcel returned to me - I will charge you for re-sending.
