All minerals were purified and are approved for both: cosmetic use and for use around the eyes area. ( some of the minerals can be approved for lips, but not for eye, and visa versa).
The color has this gentle hue appear to be almost matte till the sun beam hits it. Then it gives you a splash of light blue glimmer. As if a little baby pearl playing with you hide and sick...
Unlike lots of other shadows it can be used by teen and older woman as well - very tasteful and not too flashy.
It is really a must for every blond girl, but can make a very interesting statement for darker skin.
Has very silky feel to it and has look of a very expensive silk.

My eyeshadows are handcrafted: I use a mortar and a pestle. Not because I resent any appliances - I think a result is much better if you triturate powders this way. They really blend in.
