Antique White gold cluster ring with 2 round natural white zircon gemstones that measure 5.3mm each or.75 carats each, total white zircon weight is 1.50 carats. Then there are 29 gypsy set red spinel gemstones of 1.7mm or .02 carats each for total red spinel weight of .58 carats. Total natural gemstone weight is 2.08 carats. The ring is a sizable 7.5, weighs 5.5 grams of solid white gold. Measurements are 15.5mm N-S, 19mm E-W, 2.7mm shank, and 10mm rise off of the finger. This is an amazing antique ring. Please don't confuse this natural zircon with CZ, the diamond substitute. I have tested these stones with the Presidium Gem Tester. The ring is fresh from the jewelers where it has been polished and given a fresh coat of Rhodium. Looks better than new. Some famous jewels in the British Royalty once thought to be rubies have been confirmed as red spinel. There are no markings in the ring. The estate dealer that sold it to me said it was 14K. I used an acid test and can only get 10k. It may be because of the fresh rhodium. Either way it is a very substantal ring at 5.5 grams of solid gold. Wonderful wedding ring, engagement ring, right hand ring, you can't miss this one.
