HOW IT WORKS:
1. PURCHASE - and pay for your item through PayPal. If you are unsure how to pay please follow instructions given at the time of purchase or converse me and I can send you an invoice.
2. PERSONALIZE/CUSTOMIZE - Send ALL personalization requests and details in your notes to seller at time of purchase or via email to ashley.nagowski [!at] gmail.com. Please make all requests in one email or entirely in your "notes to seller" to avoid missed requests and to aid in the timeliness of your order.
A. Size: 4x6, 5x7*, 8x10, 11x14
*Default is 5x7. You will receive default unless you request alternate.
B. Format: JPG
-JPG comes as one individual image formatted in a high quality print resolution and color mode.
C. Wording
-Submit all wording for the invitation EXACTLY as you want it to appear. All phrasing/wording can be customized to your liking.
** You have the opportunity to proof the wording up to 3 times before sending you the final copy. Once I have sent you the final proof, any additional changes to the wording will result in a $3.00 fee.
D. Photograph (if applicable)
-Please send unedited photos of the highest resolution possible. By submitting a photo you are agreeing that you have the rights to use said photo. I will not be liable for any misuse of copyrighted images.
E. RECEIVE PROOF/REQUEST CHANGES/APPROVE
-Within 48-72 hours* you will receive a proof of your item.
-Item will be emailed to the email address you have registered with Etsy or to the email you provide in the message box at checkout.
-You may request changes. I am willing to apply a reasonable amount of changes to your item in order to ensure you are happy with your purchase.
-Approve your design to receive the final high-resolution, professionally colored image, ready for printing.
*Turnaround times subject to change. Please verify current turnaround times if needed sooner than 2 days.
F. PRINT
-Print from your home printer
-Bring/Send in to a local office supply printer or professional printer
-Bring/Send in to a photo developer* (as you would any photo)

All items are sent digitally through email. Absolutely no physical product will be made/sent.
Due to the digital nature of this product, no returns will be accepted.
Some items will be sent in a zipped file (size dependent).
