This book is in good condition. The cover has some wear around the corners and edges and there is a red sticker on the cover. The pages inside are in good shape: the pages feel crisp and clean. They are free from marks, stains and tears. No smoke or mildew smell. This book measures about 6.5 x 8.5 inches (about 16.5 x 21.5 cm).
