This still working German made alarm clock by Staiger is a great piece for a collector, or someone who loves vintage decor. This grass green clock has a nice tick-tock sound and the alarm is pretty shrill. The mechanism appears to still be in great condition - it is ticking away next to me as I type this.

The paint is flaked in some places, consistent with its age, this West German beauty is from the 1960s. It comes with fluorescent hands, the face includes the second hand, and measures 3&1/2 inches in diameter. The little button at the top is up when the alarm is set, and down (as pictured) when it is turned off.
