The pattern is has intricate floral line drawings etched on the the brass cuff. Copper and brass are very popular and affordable alternatives to sterling silver right now.
I've added more color and dimension to the line of etched cuffs. This one has a handmade glass flower in a lovely soft blue that complements the sapphire blue background color on the cuff. The stunning glass flower sits nested in a metal filigree flower. Note: blues are tough to photograph (for me, anyway)...the blue flower is more blue than aqua in real life.
All embellishments are fastened with tiny screws and bolts which have been smoothed and polished to be unnoticeable to the wearer. These focal embellishments have some movement (spinning) left in for dimension and some give in the connection.
NOTE: The glass flower has been carefully crafted by a talented bead artist (Lisa Kan) and has been kiln annealed; however, it is a structural type adornment and as such is more delicate than an unadorned cuff. It is not designed to be worn while being overly active (washing the car, working out at the gym, doing yard work... you get the idea!) It's perfectly fine for dinner out or lunch with the girls or any other time you wear fine jewelry.
The cuff has been colorized with a gorgeous custom-blended sapphire blue patina to bring out the detailing of the etching and then coated with a protective laquer finish to hold the patina and keep it from turning on your wrist.
It is 1.5" wide and it is 6" around. It should fit up to 8". There's some flexibility to shape it tighter or looser, though it is 20g brass sheet.
If you'd like a custom cuff, check the "Etched Sheets" section for etched sheet patterns and let me know if you see something you like. I've got florals, organic patterns, spiral, and all sorts of interesting patterns there. You can also convo me about a a custom pattern.
