The ornament measures 3 inches and is star-shaped. It is approximately 1/8 inch thick. It features a red ribbon hanger. I designed it at the lab where I get all of my photos printed. The backside is plain white. Both sides have a glossy finish. What a great keepsake!
The image was imprinted onto the porcelain surface using a heat sublimation technique that creates a permanent imprint that won't rub or wear off.
